We’ve rounded up the best legwear inspiration from Milan Fashion Week S/S 19

We teamed up with street photographer Andrea Pacini (@hardkore79) for the street style and socks worn at Milan Fashion Week SS19.

Thanks to the rise of retro 90s sport references and the chunky ‘dad’ sneaker craze since FW17, active socks with varsity stripe designs are now reworked incorporating streetwear influences such as bold typeface and branding. Side branding and side stripes are design references to tracksuits from the SS18 market.

Red continues to be a popular solid color-way for casual styling in menswear and womenswear, along with white and black. Women on the streets of Milan are already testing two SS19 sock trends that are in the market today: glitter anklets and printed crews.
